حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ‘ انھوں نے فرمایا : کچھ دعائیں ایسی ہیں جنھیں رسول اللہ ﷺ کبھی نہیں چھوڑتے تھے ۔ آپ ﷺفرمایا کرتے تھے :
’’ اے اللہ ! میں فکر ‘ غم ‘ عجز ‘ سستی ‘ بخل ‘ بزدلی اور لوگوں کے غلبے سے تیری پناہ میں آتا ہوں ۔‘‘ (سنن نسائی،۵۴۵۱)حضرت انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے منسوب ہے کہ انہوں نے روایت کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کبھی بھی درج ذیل دعاؤں کو نہیں چھوڑتے تھے: "اے اللہ! میں فکر، غم، عجز، سستی، بخل، بزدلی اور لوگوں کے غلبے سے تیری پناہ میں آتا ہوں." (سنن نسائی، ۵۴۵۱)
اس دعا کی روایت سے ظاہر ہوتا ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ ہمیشہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی پناہ میں رہتے تھے اور اپنی کمزوریوں اور زندگی کی مشکلات کو اللہ کے سامنے لے جاتے تھے۔ یہ دعا ہمیں بھی سکون اور تسلیم دیتی ہے کہ ہم بھی اپنے خود کے عجز و ضعف کو پہچان کر اللہ کی پناہ میں آئیں۔ یہ ہمیں سمجھاتی ہے کہ صرف اللہ ہی کے ذریعے ہماری مشکلات حل ہوسکتی ہیں اور ہمیں سبک سر کرنے کی ضرورت ہے
